Professor Lynn Yerby has been a teacher for thirty-eight years. She has been working at Centro Cultural Costarricense Norteamericano in Costa Rica since 2009 as an English teacher, and curriculum developer. Prior to her move to Costa Rica, Professor Yerby taught U.S. and Latin American history at Cypress College and English at Rancho Santiago College and J.E.I. Language Institute in California, U.S.A. She has worked for Educational Testing Service as a TOEIC writer, and as an essay evaluator/reader for E.T.S. and the College Board (T.O.E.F.L. and S.A.T.). She holds double Masters Degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles, and the University of Costa Rica.
