Becoming a teacher must come from the heart. Passion, commitment, and innovation are some of the top qualities that enrich any learning experience. As teachers we are tasked with providing the best teaching strategies for the community of students who trust in our art and because of that, teachers need to make sure their art is appreciated by students with disabilities, leading us to develop inclusivity as a way of teaching. The profile of an inclusive teacher is now what institutions, schools, universities, and English centers seek, but more than that, it is what we as teachers and human beings must offer the world so that anyone can learn English.
