Limited Capacity seats available

In order to become an effective teacher, one needs to have a solid knowledge of the subject matter and manage all the technical aspects of language and pedagogy/andragogy properly. Nevertheless, there is an essential aspect in TESL-TEFL that is sometimes left behind: the way students feel motivated to learn, and the intrinsic inspiration that makes educational leaders give their best everyday. At this point, the understanding of how the brain works and how people can be encouraged to learn is key to open the door of knowledge and unleash their potential to acquire new information in a multi-sensory experience of interpretation and codification. In this workshop, we will introduce participants to the fundamentals of Neuro-linguistic Programming, and we will interact in the search of strategies to start the journey of mindfulness to promote an enriching experience for both educators and students.
